CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Suite Luxe Electrolysis & Beauty requires at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. • Electrolysis Appointments: Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a 50% cancellation fee. *Note: Electrolysis appointments scheduled for 2 hours or longer require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Esthetic Appointments: Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged the full service rate. • Consultations: A $25 non-refundable fee will be charged to the card on file for missed consultation appointments. To avoid charges, please cancel or reschedule your appointment online at least 24 hours in advance, or contact us directly. We understand that emergencies can occur and will review those situations on a case-by-case basis.
